HOW LONG CAN I HOLD AN ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE FOR?

We can also hold accommodation options for up to 48 hours if you need to discuss the booking with friends or family.

ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES

To confirm your booking we require a deposit of one night per room. Deposits are non-refundable. 60 days prior to your arrival we require payment for the remaining balance.

For those traveling between the 19th December – 4th January for specific properties a larger deposit maybe required (up to 4 nights or 25% of the holiday cost) - Specific properties request this deposit. In some circumstances a larger non-refundable deposit out of Christmas season maybe required - we would inform you of this in advance.

Upon booking we will send out a booking form to fill in and e-mail back it is your responsibility to check the confirmation for accuracy, Please check your confirmation invoice carefully and advice us of any errors within 24 hours particularly with regards to the titles/initials/surnames of all passengers, passengers names must match your passport exactly.

 

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA DEBIT or Bank Transfer (in GBP or CAD) for all Accommodation Packages.
Accommodation Packages are charged by Credit Card in Canadian Dollars and include all taxes. We do not charge credit card fees, nor are there any other hidden fees. We can also except a bank transfer in GBP or CAD.

FLIGHTS
Flights are generally payable upon booking to guarantee availability and the price quoted.
We also require the following information for each passenger

Name as appears in passport
Title
First Name
Last Name
D.O.B
Special Requirements
Frequent Flyer number

Flights will be charged in GBP and include all taxes. In some cases a credit card fee applies to some airlines we will notify you of this at the time of booking

ARRANGING OWN FLIGHTS
You are also more than welcome to book your own flights. If you would like to use air miles to book your flight this can also be an option.
