Golden Bear chalet has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all with heated slate floors. There are two single beds in each room that can also be made into king size beds depending on the request.

Whether you are sitting by the beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the living room or around the large granite topped island in the kitchen you will have the space and comfort not found in other accommodations. There are also two decks off the living room and a patio where 6-8 people can relax in the hot tub after skiing or golf.

In the winter when the ground is covered in snow, the cart paths are all perfectly groomed for X-Country skiers - traditional and skate skis.

The Valley Trail system is a short walk down the street and it is wonderful for walking, cycling, roller-blading and jogging in the summer and also is tracked for X-Country skiing in the winter.

We are also within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre, which has a skating rink, pools, squash and gym. Something for the whole family.

We may not be in the Village but we are in walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Whistler. Jack's Grill & Dining Room is located in the Clubhouse down the street and the Edgewater is about a 10-minute walk. Both have fabulous food and views over Green Lake. Both of these restaurants are favorite spots for weddings and other special events.
